Terms of use

Coach Connect is a directory that helps people find coaches. We are not a coaching provider and we are not party to any agreement you make with a coach.

Coaches are responsible for the accuracy of their profile, qualifications, insurance and prices. Profiles are reviewed before they appear publicly and we may reject, edit or remove a listing that is misleading, unlawful or harmful.

Reviews must describe genuine experience of working with that coach. We ask for contact and profile details so we can verify authenticity; your email is never published. We may decline or remove reviews that are fake, abusive, defamatory or incentivised. Coaches may not write or solicit fake reviews.

Booking requests made through the site are requests, not confirmed appointments, until the coach accepts. Payment for coaching itself, cancellation terms and refunds are agreed directly between you and the coach.

Coaches pay a subscription to keep a listing live. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time from the dashboard; the listing stays live until the end of the paid period. Statutory cancellation rights are unaffected.

Don't scrape the directory, misuse contact details for unsolicited marketing, impersonate others, or upload content you don't have the rights to. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

We provide the directory "as is" and do not guarantee outcomes from coaching. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
